He partners closely with executive leaders to map out and visualize the future of their customer interactions, utilizing the latest in generative AI and enterprise-grade cloud systems.

Josh's approach to cloud architecture is built on a solid foundation in telecom and network design. Holding a degree in Telecommunications Management and having spent years as an IT Design Engineer, he learned early on how voice, data, and contact center infrastructures work from the ground up. This deep, fundamental knowledge allows him to architect sophisticated, highly resilient cloud systems that genuinely perform under pressure.

He operates on a simple philosophy: to deliver a world-class customer experience, organizations must first build an empowered employee experience. Because of this, his solution designs focus as much on the people using the tools as they do on the technology itself. Josh excels at running technical discovery sessions, showing teams the "art of the possible" with AI, and building the step-by-step roadmaps that turn big visions into real-world results.
