Teresa Sabol is Vice President of Account Management at TTEC Digital, where she leads strategic public sector engagements. She brings more than a decade of experience driving service excellence, program delivery, and technology-enabled transformation in complex government environments.

Teresa’s career spans roles at the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Census Bureau, IBM Business Consulting (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers), BTG, Inc., and service in the U.S. Navy. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation as a goal-focused, collaborative leader who bridges the gap between customer needs and IT solutions to deliver meaningful outcomes.

With deep expertise in federal government operations, Teresa has successfully supported high-stakes, mission-critical initiatives that require strict security, compliance, and delivery timelines. She has led the implementation of cloud-based platforms, integrating modern digital capabilities with government on-premises systems to protect sensitive data while delivering operational value.

She holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She is also a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and the Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program, and is Dare to Lead™ trained.
