Ryan oversees the TTEC Digital sales organization. Ryan joined TTEC in 2011, when the company acquired eLoyalty, LLC. Mr. Swanger has over 25 years of experience in customer experience technology sales, including sales leadership positions within TTEC Digital and one of its predecessors, eLoyalty, since 2008. He lives with his twin boys (15) in Dallas, Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys long distance running and Texas Longhorn sports.
