With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, Kevin Davis leads TTEC Digital's global AWS practice, helping organizations accelerate growth through cloud, data, security, and AI innovation on AWS. What began with deep expertise in Amazon Connect has evolved into a comprehensive AWS business focused on solving complex customer challenges across the modern technology landscape.

Prior to joining TTEC Digital, Kevin served as Global CTO for the AWS businesses at Atos and Cloudreach, where the teams he led earned more than 20 AWS Competencies and four AWS Partner of the Year Awards. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with enterprise leaders to transform ambitious technology strategies into measurable business outcomes.

Kevin is known for his pragmatic approach to innovation and his belief that every technology investment must deliver tangible business value. Working alongside AWS and TTEC Digital clients, he helps organizations turn cloud and AI aspirations into results that stand up to the realities of the income statement.
