Alfredo Rizzo serves as Chief Technology Officer for TTEC Holdings, leading the company’s global technology vision and innovation strategy across TTEC and TTEC Digital. In this role, he drives the advancement of AI-enabled platforms, enterprise architecture, and integrated technology ecosystems that help clients bridge today’s customer experience challenges to an AI-led CX future.
With more than 30 years of experience in customer experience technology, Alfredo is a recognized industry leader in contact center transformation, cloud and digital platforms, and the practical application of AI across the customer journey. He has guided organizations through every major wave of CX evolution — from networking and telephony to omnichannel engagement, cloud-native contact centers, analytics, and intelligent automation.
Alfredo continues to lead technology strategy for TTEC Digital while expanding his scope to unify and accelerate technology innovation across the broader TTEC enterprise.
