How it works
Our Microsoft team will scope and build your sequencing environment using four steps:
- Assess Existing Capabilities: Deep dive into existing infrastructure, pipeline code, and data warehouse capabilities — mapping each one to Azure.
- Create a Backlog for Migration: Identify and prioritize components of your existing solution for refactoring and select net-new capabilities for inclusion in the backlog.
- Establish Azure Foundation for Scale: Deploy an Infrastructure-as-Code-based (IaC) Azure Landing Zone (ALZ) — including data security and governance — to consume POC workloads.
- Execute HPC Pipeline (POC): Prove out capability expansion and functionality with a net-new or existing HPC pipeline within ALZ deployed in Launchpad.
